2. You can choose change transformers or repair service after you bought the transformers in 15 days.
3. You have the right of enjoying our free charge warranty service after you bought our transformers in 1 year, if the transformers have Non-human damage.
4. Warranty period is calculated from the day you bought our transformers and will be delayed if there are holidays.
5. Please contact our after service personnel first, after the confirmation of our after service personnel, you can return the transformers to us. And you need to pay for the freight cost. We will reply in 3 days after we received your transformers, And fix the problems in 2 weeks. After that, we will send the transformers back to you, and pay the freight.
The following circumstances are not in the warranty range.
1. disassemble and repair without the permission of us.
2. immersion liquid, bust.
3. warranty expired.
4. label unsticked or unclear, which can not be identified.
5. improper use.
6. damage caused by unexpected conditions or unaware of maintenance.
7. damage caused by improper test, maintenance, debug.
